Your GLP-1 storage guide Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Zepbound share most of the same storage rules — but a few key details differ by medication. Here’s what matters. ❄️ The fridge sweet spot: All three live happily at 36 to 46°F (2 to 8°C), kept in their original cartons to block light. 🌡️ Room-temperature rules vary: Wegovy lasts 28 days out of the fridge. Mounjaro and Zepbound are good for up to 21 days. All three need tempertures below 86°F (30°C). 🔄 Back in the fridge? Wegovy can return if it’s still within the 28-day window. Zepbound can't — once it’s out, it stays out. Easy detail to miss. 🥶 Never freeze: If a pen has frozen — even partially, even if it looks fine after thawing — toss it. ✈️ Traveling: Carry-on is best when flying.
