Reader comment of the week: “The thing I have been recommending most all summer is the Instagram called Track Stars. It is just a delightful little show where cool people(a mix of famous and regular) talk about music and take turns identifying songs from different eras. It is so good!” —Nicole [Ed. note: I loved this rabbit hole.]

Two *new* books from friends to put on your radar:THE RAISE by Ali Kriegsman is a psychological thriller that’s made for you if the phrases “venture-backed Series A startup” or “hustle culture” send chills down your spine, and not in a good way. As a side note, publishing houses need to see the imagery and brand world built around THE RAISE, which you can see on the book’s website. There’s a short film, too. More novel marketing like this, please.
There’s more under the paywall: The two five-star recipes I made this week, my current Etsy rabbit hole, interior design inspo, the unexpected IG account I can’t stop watching, my current book obsession, my notes from a long but worth-it podcast episode with a megafamous celebrity, and more…
