"I've been doing face yoga on the Luvly app every day in the new year, as part of a more focused effort to carve in some daily self-care. After answering a questionnaire about my goals and scanning my skin for analysis, I do personalized short exercises after my morning skincare routine, and I always feel refreshed and glowing after. The app has tons of other features (like guided massage and suggested skincare routines) but the one I love most is being able to scan new products to see an ingredient rating scale match for my skin.
