| I used to work at a smoothie shop, and the pineapple kale smoothie was one of the best sellers. While it may not seem like a combination that makes sense at first glance, it definitely works! The pineapple's sweetness complements the kale, which is similar to spinach in a smoothie. For a thicker consistency, try using frozen pineapple chunks. You could even use frozen kale and frozen banana slices. Coconut water is, well, water, so it will thin out the smoothie mixture. |
