In a Nutshell
Happy Friday! I hope your week has been pleasant so far. To leave you with some good vibes heading into the weekend, I'm here to introduce another editor. So far, you've had the chance to learn more about Ginger and Morgan. We hope you've enjoyed reading about our fun facts. There's still more to come!
Today, we're featuring Tim Snaith. Tim is going on 6 years with Healthline. He enjoys writing about aging and longevity, or rather, ways to do it gracefully. He's also a news whiz. You can catch him breaking down the latest research on Wednesdays and managing our Daily News newsletter (which you can join below his responses!).

Until next time,

What can we learn about Tim?
what's got us buzzing
What can we learn about Tim?
Describe your ideal weekend.
I spent a couple of weeks in Tokyo in the early 2000s, and it was the most fun I've had. I'd like to spend a weekend there walking and seeing the sights, have an excellent dinner and saké, then head to a nightclub or bar with music until 6 a.m., finally walking back to the apartment through the streets at dawn. If you've seen "Lost in Translation" (2003), that kind of night.
What's a little-known fact about yourself?
I refused to eat cheese until well into my 20s. As a very young child, I was handed what I thought was a "custard cream biscuit" (delicious, sweet, British kids love them), but it turned out to be some kind of disgusting, savory cheese-themed horror. It ruined cheese for me for nearly 2 decades. I'm 100% over it now. Melted cheddar and tuna on a jacket potato won me over. Thank you for coming to my TED Talk!
Are you a cat or dog person, and why?
Cats seem to like me, but I prefer dogs. Sorry, cats.
What can you be found doing after you log off from work?
Cooking. I close my laptop with one hand and begin rummaging around in the kitchen for pots, pans, and ingredients with the other.
What's one talent you wish you had?
Being an accomplished pianist or any sort of musician. My dad was a great blues guitarist, but I don't think the musical genes, if there are any, were passed down to me.
Do you think you could survive a zombie apocalypse?
Yes, it would be a breeze. I honestly foresee no problems. Apparently, birds and other scavengers would mob all those delicious zombies and gobble them up within a couple of weeks (though if the birds and rats go zombie too, that would complicate matters).
