I love creative exercises that ground me into a new season of life (if you’ve been following this newsletter for a while, you might have noticed that by now, ha). And if you’ve been reading this newsletter for a while or - have read my booklet - you might know that I love the concept of looking at our lives in seasons. I think it’s a powerful way to be more intentional about what we expect from ourselves and how we show up during different times of our lives. Some seasons ask for momentum and expansion; others invite us to slow down, reset, and listen before we begin to sprout again. The beginning of a new year belongs to the latter. This year, specifically, I found it hard to get started. I had a veryyy slow start to 2026. As we returned to Barcelona after being with our families over the holidays, then moved into our new home, and then had our baby start daycare 🥹, there were so many moving parts that I struggled to feel grounded. Now, the energy is shifting, and I’m excited to start setting the vibes and tone for the year ahead. So as 2026 unfolds, I’d love to invite you to join me for a moment - to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters before moving forward. ✨
