Or are you eating something because you're feeling sad, stressed, or bored? | | Learn your unique hunger cues, and trust yourself to know how your body feels when it's time to eat. Doing a quick mental and physical check-in can help. When was the last time you ate a meal or snack? Is your stomach feeling hollow? | | If you're actually hungry, go for it! If you realize other emotions or desires are driving your craving for food, consider doing another activity like going for a walk.
