Hi ADHDers! Hi ADHDers! How is everyone doing? We’re always overwhelmed because we are juggling way too many things to keep up with. I’m talking about the type of juggling a juggler does at the circus. 🤹 🤹♂️ 🎪🤹🤹♂️🎪🤹🤹♂️🎪🤹🤹♂️🎪 Some of us juggle so much because of: 🧠 Our driven-by-a-motor ADHD brains 🧠 Shiny Object Syndrome 🧠 Getting easily distracted 🧠 Our many ideas and interests Have I missed anything? If this is your life, you are not a failure; you have too much on your plate. Shall we begin? There is too much on your plate 🍽️You are not a failure; you have too much on your plate. It’s a major shift in how we operate. 🤔 But if being a professional juggler isn’t beneficial for you, why not try the act of focusing on one bleeder at a time? I can’t tell you what to focus on. However, I can share what has worked for me:
This post won’t be for everybody. But if this sounds like your life, you are not a failure; you have too much on your plate. That’s all from me! Rach, with ADHD If you relate to this Adulting with ADHD post, feel free to share it with others |
