"Not so much a rec as a hack: I recently uploaded a photo of all my supplements to ChatGPT and asked it to create a spreadsheet of the nutrients and daily dosages I'm getting. From there, it was easy to see where I might be overdoing it or where things overlap — turns out three of my blends contain magnesium glycinate, but I was still in a healthy range. I'm bringing the spreadsheet to my next doctor's appointment for her review."
