| Advertisement | This May, Turn Awareness Into Action May is Mental Health Awareness Month — a time to remember that mental health awareness isn’t just a moment. It's a movement.
Every story shared. Every stigma challenged. Every step toward healing. It begins with people like you.
At ADAA, we work every day — not just in May — to provide trusted, evidence-based resources for those living with anxiety, depression, and co-occurring disorders: from online peer-to-peer support groups and treatment options to our Find Your Therapist directory and information on clinical trials. Our mission is to support everyone affected by anxiety, depression, and related disorders — but we can't do it alone.
This Mental Health Awareness Month, we invite you to make a gift that helps us continue this vital work. Whether big or small, your donation breaks barriers, fights stigma, and supports people on their journey to recovery. Because mental health matters — and so does your impact. GIVE TODAY and be part of the movement.

Together, we've created a special edition Plush Cat, a symbol of resilience, self-acceptance, and the power of transformation. This one-of-a-kind piece will be released later this year as part of ASATO's "From Shadows to Light" initiative — a movement that turns personal struggles into creative expression.
In support of our shared mission, ASATO will donate a portion of the profits from every Plush Cat sold to ADAA, helping us continue our work in mental health awareness, advocacy, and support.
This collaboration is more than a product — it's a message: healing is possible, and every story matters. Stay tuned for more updates, and join us in celebrating art, identity, and mental health.
