How Harmful Are Microplastics To Our Environment And Health?
This Earth Month, we're all about making waves — in the best way possible. When you "Choose Blue" with the MSC blue fish label, you're not just buying seafood; you're backing ocean-friendly fishing and helping keep our oceans healthy. MSC-certified seafood also helps protect marine life and coastal communities, all while making dinner feel like a deliciously sustainable power move.
🧘♀️ Get moving: If you (like us!) sit at a computer for long periods of time, try this ten minute routine to help guide you back to your optimal posture.

📝 A good question: What is your gut telling you?
From Kate Arceo, Community Manager
"Lately my sustainability goal has been to reduce/eliminate our household food waste, and our morning breakfast routine has been saving my life. The kids will get up and typically eat oatmeal and fruit, and my husband and I will take smoothies with us as we head out the door. But my favorite part about this is after I add our usual smoothie fixings to the blender (a refurbished Blendtec I got years ago at a pawn shop — highly recommend!) I'll throw any leftover oatmeal and fruit scraps from the kids in, too. It's quick, easy, nutritious and ensures nothing goes to waste."
A reader comment we love:
"I'm trying my best to live and buy more sustainably, and I've felt like the author at times regarding how much stuff I have. So this is such an excellent and inspiring article for me. It showed me that I don't have to feel so bad about owning non-sustainable things because I will love and use them for as long as I can, and just like the author, I will be equipped with more knowledge and thoughtfulness for my future purchases."
