Hormonal Birth Control and Heart Risks: What a New Study Reveals

A new study confirms previous findings that hormonal birth control is associated with an increased risk of heart attack and stroke. While the vaginal ring and the patch had the highest cardiovascular risk, the overall risk remains low.
