Reflecting on one year of Extra Focus: The Quick Start Guide to Adult ADHD

Wow.

One year ago, I released my first ever book, Extra Focus: The Quick Start Guide to Adult ADHD! It’s been a wild journey and so incredibly rewarding to hear how it has affected so many lives for the better.

When I first discovered I had ADHD, it was like finding that missing piece to a puzzle I didn’t realize I’d been trying to solve all along.

I wasn’t actually broken or defective, I just had a different type of brain than most people.

And I wasn’t the only one.

This sent me down the rabbit hole of learning everything I could about ADHD, so I could better understand this different type of brain.

Eventually, this led to me writing the Extra Focus book to create a resource with all of that collected knowledge and experiences in an easy-to-read guide that was designed specifically for people with ADHD.

(That’s why it’s just over 150 pages and beautifully illustrated throughout, rather than 450 pages with giant walls of unbroken text)
