We would love to hear from you if you have ever used any of Anxiety NZ's services (including 0800 ANXIETY Helpline, peer support groups, therapy and counselling sessions, online services, free resource library, Empowered course online, etc.). This is your opportunity to voice how you've experienced or interacted with the work we do and services we offer at Anxiety NZ. Please take a few minutes to share your feedback - your insight is important to us! Take the Survey 0800 ANXIETY Helpline News! Dedicated to helping others, the 0800 ANXIETY Helpline Team is there to answer the thousands of calls received from Kiwis experiencing anxiety and mental distress. Recently, 16 new team members have successfully completed the specialised Helpline Training Program and are now able to support callers on the Helpline. In addition, five experienced team members were recently promoted to Duty Managers in support of the Helpline Team. Ka pai, team! Find out more and how you can support the Helpline here. Support the Helpline Empowered Course Enrollment is open for our free online, self-paced course. It includes: Practical, easy to implement ideas to support your own and others' mental health. You will build new skills and come away with your own personalised well-being plan to support your wellbeing goals now, and into the future. Who these tools are for: Everyone! Your friends. Your whānau. Your workmates. Our community. When people see you taking care of your mental wellbeing, they may be inspired to do so as well. When you are thriving, you can help others thrive too!
