One of my favorite questions to ask people is to rank bread, rice, and pasta in order from favorite to least favorite. It’s certainly not my idea (I found the question on Instagram and just ran with it since), but I think it says a lot about a person. My ranking is pasta, rice, and then bread. So today’s recipe looks like it’s going to make it into my dinner plans sometime soon!

How do I make intermittent fasting actually work?
When we say quick, we mean it! This delicious, high protein lobster dinner is ready in just 20 minutes, making it ideal for weeknights or the perfect end to a lazy summer day. Each serving contains over 37 grams of protein, thanks to the lobster tails.
Lobster, like lots of other seafood, is a lean protein source, meaning that it contains a high amount of protein and minimal fat. It also contains omega-3 fatty acids, which are important for supporting heart health, better sleep, healthy skin, and more.
If you like saucy pasta and are looking for a little more, basil pesto, tomato sauce, or alfredo sauce would all pair nicely with this dish. However, keep in mind that adding sauce to this dish will affect the nutritional values.
