I bought a pretty journal, printed out pictures that represent what I want to manifest, arranged them by theme, and used double sided tape to attach them to the pages. I used washi tape and stickers to add flair. The best thing about having a book as opposed to a board is that it's portable. I keep it in my work backpack during the week so I can pull it out and look through it when I have a few free moments, and then take it out over the weekend and keep it on my nightstand to look at when I wake up in the morning." |
