"I'm less than a month out from my wedding, and since I'm doing my own makeup (using clean beauty brands!), I've been trying out a bunch of different products. My favorite eye shadow by a landslide — and maybe ever — is the new GoGo Cooling Shimmer Eye Shadow stick from Tower28. It feels cool and almost wet as you apply it, but dries smooth. I love the shimmery, buildable color." [Check it out]
A reader comment we love:
"39 year old in perimenopause over here! HRT has been critical for my symptom management. After a little over a year of trial and error, I think I have my regimen figured out. Absolutely made some diet and fitness adjustments. Recently adjusted my screen time. The sleep issues, racing heart, overwhelming emotions, and light switch rage that came out of nowhere have been pretty much mitigated. The extra 10lbs sucks. My amount of hair fall is devastating and is the one symptom where I cant seem to figure it out. Yet.
Do your research. Read the books. Talk to your mom and grandma. Talk to your friends and spouse. Talk to women older than you. It was my work colleagues who suggested my issues were hormone driven! Get dr opinions. It took me 3 providers to find someone to work with. Advocate for yourself.
This has been the worst experience compared to my mom and gram and neither did HRT. For me, HRT and lifestyle adjustments have made all the difference."
