Welcome to our last email this winter! We are transitioning towards Spring. In this newsletter, we have five ways to support your wellbeing if you need some support in this last run of Winter.
Five Ways to Support Your Well-being This Winter - Get Outside When You Can
Even short bursts of daylight and fresh air can lift your mood and help regulate your sleep cycle. - Stay Connected
Reach out to friends, whānau, or colleagues—social connection is a powerful buffer against winter blues. - Nourish Your Body
Eat warm, nutrient-rich meals and stay hydrated. Your body needs extra care during the colder months. - Create a Cosy Routine
Build small rituals that bring comfort—like reading, journaling, or lighting a candle in the evening. - Seek Therapeutic Support
Talking to a counsellor or psychologist can make a big difference. You don't have to navigate this season alone. | | | | | | | We're pleased to offer Accessible Mental Health Support Counselling Services | | | | | | | | Welcome, Chamilka!
