Buffalo sriracha hummus with celery sticks
Hummus is a blank slate. There are all kinds of flavors out there: garlic, red pepper, even chocolate. Today's recipe takes full advantage of how customizable hummus can be. In addition to garlic and olive oil, this hummus includes roasted red peppers, tahini, smoked paprika, cumin, and the key ingredient: sriracha. All of these ingredients are blended together until they reach the desired consistency. If you like your hummus on the chunkier side, you can use the pulse setting on your blender to ensure you don't overblend.
Each serving contains 5.5 grams of fiber, which can help keep you feeling full in between meals. The hummus is served with celery sticks for dipping, but you can get creative: bell pepper, broccoli, and cauliflower also make great accompaniments.
