| Hello, friends! If you subscribe to our Wellness Wire newsletter, you might recognize my face. (And if you don't, I highly recommend subscribing for more healthful tidbits.) This is my official Nutrition Edition debut, and I'm excited to jump — or should I say dive — right in with this fish-tastic recipe. | | | | Without further ado, Sarah Matysiak Associate Editor | | | Written by Sarah Matysiak June 8, 2025 • 2 min read | | | | | | Baked trout with tangy tomato and lentil salad | Since this is my first Nutrition Edition appearance, I thought I'd start off very candidly: I'm not the biggest fan of fish (with the exception of salmon). As a health editor, I know that fish — including trout — are healthy protein sources and boast impressive nutrition profiles, but most simply taste too fishy to me most of the time. | Regardless, I'm convinced that when paired with the right side, seasoning, or dressing, I could jump on the fish bandwagon. After all, I am a huge fan of tomatoes and arugula, which this recipe tastefully calls for. Tomatoes are also a summer garden staple in my family, and if you're a gardener too, you might want to save this recipe for when they come in! | | | | Team steam(er)! | | | | Sunhouse Steamer Pots | While I'm admittedly not the biggest fish proponent, I can't say the same about steaming. Dumplings or vegetables, count me in. Whether or not you're in the market for one, these steamer pots can help simplify your decision. They're 1) stainless steel, 2) multi-tiered, and 3) come with lids. Could you really ask for more? I know I couldn't. They're available in different sizes, too, so hopefully they can serve most (or all) of your steaming needs. | | Every product we recommend has gone through either Healthline's or Optum Now's vetting processes.
