November is a time of giving thanks and giving of ourselves. While the past few months have been stressful, busy, and uncertain, we want to take a breath and thank all of you for your support and readership! With Thanksgiving and #givingTuesday this month, there will be opportunities to be thankful, donate, help, and take some time to remember that good mental health is always something to focus on and appreciate.
